Meet Justina
Qualified in Physiotherapy from King's College London, where I learned the importance of evidence-based practice and educating clients on their condition to achieve the best chance of recovery.
My practice is dedicated to treating clients as a whole person, rather than the just symptoms they present with. I am a firm believer in education, corrective exercises, hands-on treatments along with support and encouragement.
My specialist areas include, musculoskeletal joint pain from injury, chronic pain or osteoarthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions i.e MS/Stroke and elderly care/mobility/falls prevention.
